I bought this chair for gaming and for working at home full time. It was very easy to put together. I've had this chair for several weeks now and I can say that this is a chair worth the money. I purchased the pink one and I adore its style. This is definitely an upgrade from a standard office chair and I won't be going back.For starters, my fiance owns a Secret Lab gaming chair (for those who don't know, that is THE most expensive gaming chair on the market). I'm able to directly compare this chair to the Secret Lab. The price on this is less than half of a Secret Lab chair, which already is a bonus. I wanted something more within budget and for 180 dollars this is already a great deal.As for the chair itself? I've made a list below:Pros:Comfy upholstery. It really feels high-end and looks so cute in my office!Adjustable/removable lumbar support. It's a neat little pillow but I don't really use it. I removed it immediately. The massage function is nice to use every once in and while, and I must say, it is powerful. I'm grateful that you can easily remove it!The retractable footrest is a game changer!! This turns the chair into something to lounge in, perfect for gaming with a controller or for long zoom meetings. I love it so much.It's very comfy! I can sit in this for hours on end, and after work, tilt it back to play games in it. The comfort is absolutely there!!Cons:There's little adjustability for the armrests. You can move them up and down and rotate them on 3 points, but I would love more height for them. They definitely feel too short for me.The neck pillow moves around a lot. I have to adjust it every time I lay back.Like I said above, the lumbar pillow didn't work for me so I simply removed it.I do have to say this chair is probably a little too short for me. I am 5'4" and I do wish the armrests and the neck pillow could go higher. I might just have a longer torso. This issue is a little annoying but not a deal breaker.Compared to a Secret Lab chair, the Secret Lab definitely wins in comfort and adjustability (it's a 400 dollar chair, so I would expect it to). But this is honestly a fantastic budget option that has both comfort and style fitted into its price. I recommend this chair to anyone looking for a better chair within a budget.Massager worked one time as I tested to see if it would turn on. I had it on for 10 seconds. Turned it off. Wouldn’t turn on again after that. Also the knob to allow the chair to have tension or to rock is too tight. Won’t loosen to rock. A little upset I paid over $200 for a chair that doesn’t do as it says. I could have bought a cheaper chair without massager. Just a basic chair with pillow support.First off I do want to say that this chair is a great bang for the buck. Let me start off with the pros. The lumbar support is actually really nice, the vibration is good and you can put it where it needs, the back support works great and adjusts at ease. It was super simple to put together and moves around like it’s gliding on water. The cons: I got this on may 9th of 2022. It is august 15th and the piston just decided to bend out of it last plastic casing. Cheap 20 dollar part to replace but none the less not the quality I was expecting. The biggest con to me however is that it took well over 80 hours of seat time to finally break in. The break in period was painful and left marks on my side near my hips. The leg support doesn’t do much for me. None the less this product is worth it but I highly recommend using a different piston than the one provided.All things considered if you’re on a budget and want to try out a gaming chair I highly recommend this product. If you can fight through the pain of breaking it in it will prove to be extremely comfortable.OK chair for the price. Not for taller people at all. I'm 6'6" 250 and this chair felt OK at first but the back is made of thin metal tubes. One of these tube broke near the bracket so if you sit in it auto recline activate lol. Not a fan. Wish I spent more on a better product.I love this chair but wish I didn't feel like its tipping me out of the chair. I had no clue the little usb cord was for vibrations lol. But all in all it is nice. The leg rest is nice. And I'd still recommend it.I got my chair for a good discount, and for that price I think it was worth it. The chair was easy to put together, feels sturdy and looks really nice. My only issue is that the leg rest is a bit shorter than I anticipated (I'm 5'3" so not a very tall person) and I wish the armrests went down a little further. Overall though, it's a nice chair and I'm glad I upgraded. If anyone finds it in a nice color for under $200 I could recommend.This is a comfortable chair and looks nice. My problem with it is that the seat back won't align as much as I try and adjust it, which is annoying. You'd think that it wouldn't have issues with how much it cost. I can see under $100 but almost $200 it should be better.I wrote a review less than a week ago. I just had to make a new review because we experienced the best customer service yet.We recently moved apartments, and the movers we hired lost one of the legs for the chair.We’ve only had the chair for a couple of months and we absolutely loved and enjoyed it so we were worried we wouldn’t be able to use it anymore.I reached out to the Darkecho Team to see if I could purchase just a separate leg for the chair so we could continue using it.To our surpriseThey not only offered to send a separate leg but a New Chair! A Complete Brand New Chair.So grateful that we could use and enjoy the new chair in our new apartment!If I could put 10 Stars I would!I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service anywhere.WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUYING IT 10/10Its a really sturdy chair ,the leather quality is pretty solid and the pillows are a great addition especially when you find out the lumbar pillow has massage capabilities. assembly was straight forward and simple, all the bolts are already pre assembled in their spots so you dont lose time trying to figure out where and what bolt goes where. Shipping was quick, the product was packed well & the only issue I would have at this point is...I cant purchase more atm but definitely will in the future ? About the size, it is pretty similar to the small size of a Secretlab chair. It is not a chair for a bigger person (for ref I am 5"9' and weight about 190 lbs and fits me well, but wouldn't fit if I was bigger). The color is really beautiful! The armrests are a bit wiggly, but I don't mind. The overall chair is pretty sturdy in my opinion!I bought this for myself, an upgrade from my old boney office chair. I found it easy enough to put together, less than an hour. I have zero complaints about it, it's comfortable, the massage pillow vibrates, and it can lean back far enough that you're almost laying down, without feeling tippy. And the arm rests swivel so I can even sit cross legged on it comfortably.I ordered the pink and it matches my Razer Quartz products perfectly!! So glad I went with this chair. Super comfortable and the ergonomic support is a huge help with supporting my posture. Originally didn’t much care for the massager (made my back itchy) but after using it for an hour or so watching a movie I realized how relaxed it made my lower back feel!
