LOVE this chair! I've been using it for about 2 months now, its held up pretty well and is very comfortable and supports a 6'4" man just over 200lbs. I spent hours researching different chairs to use for my gaming setup. The color is very white and has stayed that way over use. my only small complaint about the chair is that I've had to go through and re tighten the chair screws a couple times but overall very nice chair for the price!very good so comfortableOnce installed, the chair is comfortable. Looks great cosmetically, as long as you do not have to look at the back of the chair. It is as if the back was not evenly filled with insulation or whatever material they use, showing some oddly protruding bumps. The way the faux-leather is stapled to the underside of the seat makes it look like whoever put it together was an amateur who was in a hurry. But the staples have been holding so far. The chair can be described as fairly comfortable. It actually has an embedded lumbar massaging device, which is more like a simple vibrating gimmick powered by a USB drive that can be connected to your PC via an incongruously positioned cable protruding from the lower right hand corner of the seat's back. The chair is stable, rolls well, but cannot (regrettably) incline. The seat can be moved up or down using a handle on the side.Pros: It’s a beautiful chair to look at, fairly comfy, easy to put together.Big Con: the left arm will not go on the chair because the holes are places incorrectly. Iva attached a photo. I didn’t return and get another because I’ve already put it together and really needed it then for work. I couldn’t go without the chair working from home. I do hope they fix this for future customers.OVERALL: for the price it’s fair but the arms should be measured correctly before sale!I received the chair today, well ahead of the expected delivery estimate given when I placed the order so that was nice. The box was pretty beat up, but the chair was not damaged. I will advise being cautious with the screws if you're touching the white parts of the chair, they do have a little oil on them to prevent rust which I did get on the chair a little. It does wipe right off with a soft cloth or tissue though. I did have to police up all of the silica gel beads though since that packet had broken open at some point during shipping and spilled on the floor when I took the chair out of the box. I didn't need my dogs sampling that. Anyway, the chair went together pretty quickly until the very last screw on the arm connected to the back of the chair. The screw ended up stripping and I couldn't get it to go all the way into he hole as a result, so now the arm is a bit loose. I debated contacting customer service, but since it's attached, and honestly not horribly loose I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to try and have them send me a completely new chair since I can't get the screw back out to try and use the spare in it's place. Anyway, that is the only reason I gave this chair 4 stars instead of 5. I read other reviews that said the holes didn't line up correctly and it did take a little muscle to get the chair parts to line up, but the arms slipped right over the screw holes with some, but not a lot of effort, so if you're not particularly strong in the upper body this may be something you have a friend help you with, but it wasn't so bad I wanted to give up and send it back. Otherwise the chair is really comfortable and lightens up the room I'm using it in. It's still a little firm, but I know that with use it will soften up. I also read that it leans too far back in a review, but I didn't find that it was too far, plus there is a knob under the chair that allows you to adjust the lean "speed" or ease I guess for lack of a better description. I am happy with it overall.This chair was awesome for about a year and a half. When I bought it I had lower back problems that weren't going away and this chair TOTALLY solved them. After about a week of using it, I started feeling great! No back pain! It was also plush and comfortable.However, after about a year and a half of using it now, the cushions are deflated, it's not as comfortable, and the valve inside is bad so the chair just constantly slowly lowers it's height as I sit in it. Really disappointed but at the same time I am still glad I bought it because it helped my back SO much.My chair has been making clicking sound since I bought the chair. I contacted the seller about the issue and seller said they would replace the part that was creating the issue. They also said that they have shipped the replacement part. However, it's been more than 2 months now that I havent received any replacement part from the manufacturer. A little disappointed with the service.I was concerned when the chair arrived as the box was completely trashed. I carefully unpacked the box and was delighted to see that all the pieces were there and that the chair was in perfect condition. The chair was fairly easy to assemble except for putting the arms on. That was a challenge. Once assembled I realized that this chair has a "massage" feature. I do not recall seeing this on the description. I plugged it into a USB pack and the chair started to vibrate. It is a mild/gentle vibration, definitely not a massage and probably more annoying than anything. I doubt that it would provide much comfort or relief to anyone. That being said, it was a surprising feature.I am 5'5" and at the lowest setting, my feet do not touch the floor. Keep this in mind. If you are short, you will need a foot rest to get a better posture in the chair. Also, the chair is quite deep so you may need a lumbar pillow or something to give you more support in the back. Thankfully this chair is not going to get a ton of daily use or else I would consider getting something way more ergonomic.As always Amazon exceeded expectation in terms of delivery times this item arrived a week before it was due. Unfortunate that the chair made a horrible noise coming from somewhere near the base of the chair it sounded like the chair was going to break made a horrible cracking popping sound. My husband removed the internal cylinder and took off the washer and nut and cleaned everything up and regreased then put the washer and nut back on and put the chair back together. That seemed to do the trick. In terms of comfort, quality of material and appearance it is 5 stars. I reported this issue to Amazon and as always they demonstrated excellent customer service. Thanks again Amazon much appreciated!!!I tried to cancel this chair the next morning as I purchased it the night before. It hadn’t even shipped and they wouldn’t accept my cancel the next morning at 6am. When I got the chair it was way too big and I’m 5 foot 5. It was uncomfortable with no back support and it had a black mark on it when I opened the box. The material isn’t that great either. When I wanted to return it I had to call Amazon because they wanted me to pay the shipping. It comes from Mississauga ontario. Not very good customer service.This chair is SO NICE to look at as well as extremely comfortable with a good price. Easy to put together for the most art until I got to the arms, but i just sat on the chair and lightly pushed back on the back to get the holes to line up. It also arrived in 2 day, I wasn't expecting it for at least a week as per the dates when ordering
