I recently bought this chair for my sister for her birthday. Her theme surround pink and this was the perfect chair for her desk area. That being said as cute as it was the building process was tiring as the directions are just pictures with arrows and you are rendered guessing what screws go with what. It was helpful that some screws were in place, but left us confused and thinking there were parts missing once we opened the box and went through the supplies. All in all she is having a pretty good experience, but there was a faulty piece, the arm rest, which we found had bent on the inside which prohibited it from being screwed in. We took the resourceful route, since she didn't want to wait for a new piece, and super glue it down with clear Gorilla Glue, which worked well. Will be sharing overall pictures for reference.It's very pretty. I had to buy a cushion because my tush started hurting. I work from home so am sitting 8 hours a day. You would think it would have more/better padding since it's a gaming chair. I also had to get used to the footrest - it does not go back far enough for me as I put my feet on the feet of the chair sometimes. So now the footrest presses into my calves. This could be a bigger problem for people with larger calves. It does recline to lie flat. I also did not notice when ordering the feet have white on them - should be pink. I like the extra back cushion/support provided.I love that this has a pink and black option instead of just pink and white like many other brands offer. I think the colors look better and less stainable. The chair is pretty comfy so far, the back pillow is a bit big but I put a cushion on the back of my chair. The footrest is a bit too short for my legs but PERFECT for sitting criss cross at my desk. And best of all, the arms aren't a necessary part of the chair structure so can be removed or not attached at all! That's great for small spaces.After the 1st chair getting lost in the delivery a 2nd chair was issued by the seller (Thank you).After fighting the delivery company (not amazon) for a week on where the 2nd chair was..it finally arrived (due 12/7 arrived late 12/13)It took 3 hours to piece together and there were 2 screws missing. I was instructed to use o-rings because shipping 2 screws from china would get them lost.I tested the chair out 12/13 night and was like "meh" The massager is a small lumber pillow with 2 settings....High and even Higher. There is no low/slow setting.Upon further review of the chair (12/14), I am not satisfied with the quality or comfort. It looks cool, but is so uncomfortable. the leg rest causes my feet to numb due to the angle they hang over the footrest, the seat itself has barely any cushion for my posterior and again it goes number after a SHORT time period of sitting. If I lean the seat back it tips me over. The arm rests are too hard and wobble. I have to use them at their highest setting to even use them...mean while the chair is set to the lowest setting and yet my legs dangle like a dolls'. I am 5' 4" and 200 pounds and this chair is not for me.There is no way I could use this chair for gaming or working.I Only problem is the instructions aren’t the best but and that makes the assembly a little rougher bit overall good qualitySatisfied with this product.We picked up the Uniters protection 5 year plan. And this chairs arm is already loose we bought this for my mom and it has not been 2 years since we bought this chair we can we do about this ?Needs to have more comfort more cushion
