I have tried a few different office chairs before finally finding this one. I am a little over 6' tall so typical office chairs end at my shoulder blades which isn't fun. The adjustable feature of both the back and the headrest allows this chair to be lifted high enough to no longer worry about that.I've been using it for almost 2 months now and there is no squeaking or any sort of issues whatsoever. For personal comfort, I did swap out the wheels with the roller blade-style and also added padded armrests.After checking many ergonomic style chairs I went with this one because of the adjustable lower back support. Happy to report that I made the right decision. First, the instructions to put it together were clear and simple, it took me like 25 min to finish. The feature that I like the most is that you can adjust the entire back, lower, upper and head rest.I rely on all of you to write reviews for me. The time I take to write a review either means the product is truly outstanding or extremely poor. This time the product is extremely outstanding. It's important to note I am 6' 1" tall and took time to shop brick and mortar around a neighboring city at the office stores. Most of the chairs were huge, way over priced, and didn't even have head support. I was looking for something that fully supported my head to avoid old man problems down my life path.I also ordered a gaming chair thinking it looked good. It had some features and a kick out foot rest that didn't add value for my use. Main problem there was my head was too high for the little pillow support the company and similar companies offer. Would be a good chair for short men/women except also the problem of my elbows hanging out in air with no elbow support.I'm saying all that to say this, having the ability to use this chair to fix all the problems I experienced with other lesser customizable chairs, is really a big deal. I raised the elbow supports as I have a longer torso and also raised the back adjustment to the highest setting.To note, there are actually even three modifications I have made to the chair and do recommend.One, I used a pillow support that was meant to be used in cars on this chair for the headrest. Just made sense to help provide the right support I needed almost like a Mike Lindell commercial.Two, I bought padded arm rests as suggested when purchasing this chair on Amazon website. Glad I did, as I do feel this was needed for my personal comfort.Three, I moved by previous thick chair pad to this chair as well. Everyone is built differently and perhaps out of the box will work but seems me and my family are always high maintenance and customizing like this.End game, for me I think the best chair you are going to get for this money. The numerous ways to adjust is great because there is no one chair fits all. Their customer service even reached out to me asking how the chair was and assisted me on one question I needed clarifying with. Even offered to send me a tool in the mail if I didn't have one to make an adjustment. Who does that? Along with a 5 year warranty I didn't even consider was given - the choice is pretty easy. I highly recommend this chair vs the other present options on Amazon, thanks.I had increased pain in my back and shoulders due to the last chair I was using, as I am a BHC and spend my day at a desk. I did a lot of research exploring the best chair I would need based on the time spend at my desk. This chair has lived up to it's rating, within days I noticed the aches and pains from using the last chair were gone and has not returned. Great product!6'4" 200lb gamer and it fits me great. Chair seems to be quality construction. Corners of the arm rest are kind of sharp if you lay your arms on your lap...they can easily be lifted up out of the way or even removed if that was a major issue though. The adjustments are nice to be able to change everything on the chair to fit you. Overall good product so far see how it holds up.Bought this chair primarily because I work from home and I suffer from chronic low back pain & sciatica. It was fair to assemble on my own but I recommend assembling with 2 people for ease. My favorite part of the chair is the adjustable lumbar support. I also like how I can sit comfortably during my 8hr work day in this chair without feeling fatigued. Giver all great purchase and highly recommend!This chair has been a huge upgrade for me and it has made it much easier to make it through long work days. The customization options are great and the armrests are very comfortable. Nothing about the chair feels cheap and I expect to use it for many years to come.The chair is great and very comfortable. Great lumbar support. My only complaint is that the adjustable height back uses a mechanism that doesn't lock it into place. So when you readjust, the height resets to the shortest setting.
