My existing home office chair wasn't providing the comfort and support I needed (experiencing low back ache and a sense of tiredness after several hours of work). I was looking for many of the features of the endlessly advertized X-Chair but would not pay the exorbidant price. I searched all of the chairs available on Amazon and read the reviews (good and poor) of a half dozen. I settled on this ergonomic chair based on the strength of those reviews (including the relatively few negative ones that didn't pose what I considered essential issues; e.g., "scratchy arms" which didn't even turn out to be the case). Ten days in, I'm very pleased with my choice.The chair arrived promptly and, as mentioned by several, packaged as well as any product I've received. It was helpful to lay out all of the well-labeled parts and to review the few and simple directions. I was glad I had noted the five assembly suggestions of 4-star reviewer, StanBarr (especially the electric screwdriver with a set of hexagonal bits). At 80+, I needed the assistance of my 70+ wife (who always wanted to be an engineer instead of an attorney/law professor). Wrestling with the partially assembled chair in the later steps was beyond me.Once assembled, I found the chair much more comfortable than my previous one. The seat is thicker and I no longer have a need for a pillow. Being able to lift the arms to fit under my desk enlarges the room and adds to the ease of exit from the chair. The lumbar support is firm but it was slightly off for my frame. The MimoGlad company appreciates and anticipated the difference in the body shape of its customers. The instructions note you can reach out to them for a free lumbar pillow or directions to adjust the lumbar support. I took advantage of its understanding and Customer Service responded promptly with the assistance I required.While it's too early to give a final definitive review of this well-priced office chair, if I have updates, positive or negative, I will add to this evaluation. Until then, I'm smiling with my selection.Arrived very well packaged & quickly. Excited to get started as my other chair had been broken for several days. It was so well packaged it took what seemed like forever to remove all the plastic that surrounded it lol (my 3 cats thought it was xmas). I have to say I was also impressed with the way the hardware was packaged and labeled for ease of use. A lot of positive things to offer. I'm over 75, broken shoulder & had to use my handy headlamp to see black bolt holes! There were no glitches inserting & turning any bolts with the great tool they supplied. I'm not blind but the room I used to assemble it in was dimly lit & darkness was setting in. Being a rather large person I really appreciate the width of the seat for big bum & thunder thighs. The seat is 'hard' not cushy. Being able to lift armrests up makes for easier maneuvering in & out of seat, nice feature. Weighing 250 lbs it will, in my opinion, hold up better than most. It rolls with difficulty on carpet but I attribute that to my weight. New type of wheels will be my next purchase. In no way am I faulting these wheels, they will work perfectly for a smaller person I'm certain. Thank you for a great chair at a great price!This is a great chair! It is solid & well-made. You can tell because all the bolt holes line up properly, you get a sturdy tool to screw them in, easy to follow directions, it was well packed & the price! What I like best are the moveable arms (very handy) & it is very comfortable. The back support is easy to adjust as well as the up-down lever. I find that using the chair at my computer table is much, much more comfortable than pulling the computer table to the couch. I don't have the back or joint pain that I get when getting up from the couch. I am very pleased with it.So far so good! I just assembled it a few minutes ago and was impressed with the clear instructions and ease of assembly. I'm sitting in it now and like the feel of the chair. I love that the arms flip up and out of the way. I usually have to remove fixed armrests from chairs since I prefer to work without them. But sometimes I wish they were there if I'm watching a webinar or presentation. The lumbar support is adjustable a couple inches up and down, but not in and out. I am 5' 9" with a 31" inseam and the lowest setting on the support feels a bit high. I might have decided to give this chair 3 or 4 stars for that, but I was happy to see that they will send me a free lumbar pillow if I don't like the attached support. And, who knows? Maybe by the end of the day I'll be happy with it as is.Good work chair. Good lumbar support. Goes over carpet easily. Reclines by having the entire seat pivot back, rather than just the back of the chair. Back is mesh rather than upholstery. This keeps it cool.I would not call it a comfort chair. A comfort chair would have more padding, but it is comfortable enough when you are working.It was reasonably easy to assemble, however I strongly recommend the following:1. An electric screwdriver with a set of hexagonal bits. (I might still be at it if I tried to use the Allen Wrench that came with it.)2. A sharp knife or box cutter to cut away the plastic wrapping.3. A table or workbench to raise the chair up off the floor during assembly.4. A pen to check off the steps as you go.5. A trash bin for cardboard and plastic.Notes:1. During the assembly of the tilt-assembly. The instructions say to orient it on the right side, that's the right side while sitting (which happens to be on the left since the seat is upside down during this part of assembly.) It could be better marked.2. Attaching the arms is the hard part. Keep sliding the arms along side of the back until you get them to line up. Fortunately the holes only line up one way. Es muy fácil de armar, ya que el instructivo está muy bien explicado.La calidad de la silla es muy mala, no va acorde al precio. Regrese la silla y solicite el reembolso pero solo me han regresado $ 0.60, lo cual es una burla. Sigo peleando y esperando el reembolso.No recomiendo para nada el producto y mucho menos al proveedor tan poco ético y profesional.La silla la compré para mi trabajo desde casa. Estoy sentado en ella más de 8 horas diarias, así que necesitaba algo muy cómodo.El asiento es muy bueno, trae bastante colchón. Esperaba mejor calidad en la silla, por su precio.La silla es muy bonita, combina con mi setup, es cómoda, mido 1.71 m y me queda bien, tal vez a personas más grandes no les guste mucho, ya que el asiento es algo corto. La forma en que se reclina es buena, resulta muy agradable. Los materiales son de media calidad, no son malos pero podrían ser mejor. Tengo 3 meses con ella y ha empezado a rechinar un poquito al reclinarse.Cuando llegó y vi todas las piezas pensé que me costaría trabajo armarla, pero fue muy sencillo.Paso muchas horas sentada frente a la computadora y mi espalda me estaba doliendo mucho por la silla que estaba usando y esta me ha liberado de la molestia.Por otro lado, soy tamaño petit y las sillas me quedaban muy grandes, con esta silla realmente me siento cómoda y el soporte en la espalda es justo lo que esperaba.
