After sorting through a bunch of different chairs at varying price points, I settled on this one because it had specific features I was looking for at a decent price.Even though I've only had this chair for a week, I can honestly say that I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service, the various features this chair has to offer (I can't speak much for the massage feature since my chair didn't come with it, but I will elaborate on that later), and the overall build.Assembly:- Assembling the chair by myself was relatively easy. Even though the instructions weren't the most detailed, they weren't that hard to follow since it works from the base up.- The only difficult part was holding each part steady and getting everything to align, especially the seat and back rest as they were pretty hefty. If you have an extra set of hands to help, then assembly is a breeze.Build:- I found the overall build quality of the chair to be pretty solid. Nothing really felt wobbly or unsupported, except for maybe the foot rest, but even then the rest still held up well.- The cushioning itself is on the firmer side, which is what I prefer for my upholstery, but I do think it's something to keep in mind if you would want something on the softer side.- The lumbar and headrest support cushion felt uncomfortable at first (mainly because I have bad posture), but I adjusted to it relatively quickly and find it extremely comfortable. Coupling that with the wide seat depth and width, I found the chair to be very accommodating for someone my size (5'8" 165lbs).Features:- This chair is on par with many of the more well-known name brand chairs in terms of adjustability. It's pretty hard to find a chair that offers adjustable arm rests, and adjustable footrest, and reclining capabilities up to 155 degrees all at the same time.- I found the foot rest to be a bit finicky when it came to pulling it out and pushing it back in; I am constantly met with a lot of resistance and it doesn't slide out/in very easily. I can understand why it is the way it is though because, if it wasn't, it would be sliding around willy nilly when fully extended.- The smooth arm rests and adjustable height/angle are comfortable and I didn't mind resting my forearms on it for extended periods of time. The angle does shift around a lot if I'm moving around a lot while resting my arms on them, but this isn't much of an issue since I usually rest my arms on my desk while gaming anyways.- In terms of reclining, the chair feels VERY stable and sturdy, even at it's maximum angle.Customer Service:- As mentioned before, I was under the impression that this chair would come with some massage feature, but sadly that wasn't the case. I shot a message over to Healgen to see if this was intentional and thankfully, customer service was very prompt and professional at helping me rectify the issue.Overall, I'd recommend this chair as its price point in comparison to the features it has to offer is pretty hard to beat. It's well built, really comfortable to be in for extended periods of time, is very nice looking, and complimentary to my setup overall :)This is a great looking chair. I bought this as a gift for my better half. He's not at all a large guy, maybe 210 on a bloated beer drinking day. I had him put his own chair together and he said it was easy. No bent pieces and holes lined up. After assembly he rolled it to his man cave and disappeared for a few hours. He said it looks great, feels sturdy and seems like the padding will hold it shape and comfort. He said the back padding is uncomfortable and the vibration tickles. Sad because had I know he hated that part, I would have probably gotten him something more basic. But I was pretty proud of my gift giving skills. Till the other night he told me his foot rest had broken. Honest I was not super surprised, it just looks like plastic pieces for support. But I was still embarrassed that his gift didn't hold up like I had hoped. So now knowing the vibration back rest was a bust and the foot rest literally busted, I failed at what I thought was a great gift. Next time I will save my money and just buy him a cheap office desk chair, because that's pretty much all it is now.
