I like the chair alot. It surprised me when it came with a back massage on the bottom pillow. It can also switch to a recliner if your really just bored and wanna watch somethingWas somewhat easy to assemble. Did it all within 30 mins, only complaint was that the screws were so hard to screw in because some of the factory made holes for the screw inster were too small and i had to force the screws in with a hand tool. Wish they made them regular bolts so i could use my own power tools ;-; After assembling, the chair looks great very sturdy but the left arm is lower than the right arm… everything is tightly secured but the chair seems to lean left which isnt good for my bad back. If I can’t figure out how to fix it i’ll probably end up returning it. Remove two stars because of the difficult screws and tilting of the chair.Edit: I decided to return it i will not be buying again unfortunately. Seller never responded to my request for help or replacement parts. Very comfy chair otherwise if it wasn’t defective. The left arm is lower by two inches from the right. Also, every time i put a little bit of pressure on any of the arm rests like to adjust myself or something, it would loosen up the bolts and i keep tightening them over and over again like its tight as heck and still wont stay put after some tilt! So ashamed, it was a nice comfy chair! Also because now i got to disassemble the damn thing to return it. Wonder how long that’ll take!Excellent product and very comfortable.Installation instructions could have been done in better way for easy to understand by anyone to do installation.Still looks like new and works like new! I love this chair. It was easy to put together. It’s comfortable and cute, rolls easy, adjusts smoothly, swivels easily. Pads are easy to adjust or reposition, help reduce strain of sitting. I got this during the pandemic due to working and doing school both online. I spent so much time in my chair the old one would hurt. This one is comfortable so I don’t strain when having to do long periods in front of the screen. Durable, easy to clean, no complaints!You can use it with or without arms. I don’t prefer the arms because I’m short. They were comfortable but I ultimately took them off.No extra tools were needed.I was worried my cats would claw it up like they destroyed my ex’s leather chair. I don’t know why they haven’t? After over a year she’s got no claw marks even with them sometimes sleeping in it and climbing up into my lap while I work. I’m not saying it’ll be cat resistant but I am impressed. I’ve had a few crawl ups where I thought I’d see some marks but maybe it’s just durable enough that it’s okay. Not sure, but super pleased!!!The armrest are fully screwed in and they wobble, but I’m pretty sure can easily be fixed with a washer. (I’m just lazy, I can do that later if it does annoy me that much) it’s not most comfortable but I sit in it for most of the day, there’s no problems with it other than an unstable armrest.There two tyres which is not fitting if you can’t chase them.This chair is great it’s comfortable and looks super cute. I don’t game but I use it in my daw. I took off one star though because if you sit to forward and try to move it shoots out from under you and you fall hard. I hurt myself twice till I learned to sit as far back as possible to prevent this. Now it’s greatGot this chair and was excited when I saw how sleek it looked. Was dissapointed to find there were no instructions to build the chair so I had to find a video online. Put the chair together and everything matches perfectly but sadly the chair has an annoying lean to the left that I constantly have to compensate for. Checked out all the parts and they're tight and in the right place. Hoping this doesn't end in the chair breaking down the line.Also for bigger guys: I'm 6'1 and 250 pounds. Height wise its nice but there's a bit of snugness near the love handle area. The sides of the chair get thinner as you go down
