This is just an okay chair. It does look really nice. The seat cushion is extremely firm. I've had it for 3 months now. Sitting on it for any extended period of time gaming is rough. I find myself having to reposition myself often to try and keep comfortable.It looks like very good quality, but sitting on it, it feels somewhat different. It has a slight wobble from the base/piston, and almost feels like it leans slightly to one side. It is definitely put together properly, so that is not the problem. The armrests are quite far out to the side. If you are really big person, this might be okay. I'm pretty big myself and find they are too far outside for me. Trying to type, or especially holding a controller, my elbows are hitting the armrests at an uncomfortable position. They definitely don't reach out to be supported by the armrests, so it might be best to just remove them completely.The recline works well and the chair feels pretty stable reclined quite a long ways back. I don't use the foot rest often, but when I do, reclined back watching a movie or something, it's fairly comfortable and feels completely stable. The massaging lumbar cushion is just novelty really. You plug it into a USB port to activate, and it does somewhat vibrate a lot, but it's not really doing any kind of massaging. The cord is also much too short to be useful. You will really want a USB extension cable if you do plan to use it. I myself removed it completely.Overall, I would like this chair a lot more if the cushion was just slightly less rigid. I suppose that just means it is likely to hold up longer. After 3 months, it is still as firm as brand new.
