I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis in my back. I work from home and sit in my chair from 8-9 hours a day and my old chair would have me in tears by the end of the day. I have found with this chair the lumbar support is amazing and I can put my feet up under my desk. The recliner is nice I don’t really use it but I could wheel it into my room to watch tv if I really wanted to because it’s that comfortable. It didn’t take long to put together and it wasn’t that hard.Looks exactly like the picture and my boyfriend loves it !Wow this is amazing chair it looks awesome and it feels comfortable too the shipping and packaging is great this seller is amazing thank you so much!!! :)I often work from home and I needed a chair more comfy than a typical wooden kitchen chair. I ordered this because for the money it checked a lot of boxes for me as a home office chair. After about a month of use I finally have some opinions about it. First, at about 6'1" I find the chair a bit "short". I like to run my office chair pretty high overall and even when topped out this one isn't quite as high as I'd like (needs about another 2" or rise), but on that I am probably an outlier. I also like the arms fairly high to support my elbows while typing, I would love to see the arm rests able to raise another inch or so higher and have the arm rests flat instead of sculpted like channels which leaves a touch of a pressure point on the edge peaks of the narrow arm rests. Another minor annoyance, the seating surface feels as though it tilts forward slightly, another adjustment that would be a nice add-on. I will say the back and shoulder support, for me, is quite good. When i'm not using it my son takes it to his room to play video games in and loves it. I got what I expected though and for the money this is a decent product. After all, I didn't spend $600-$1000 on an Aeron office chair and I feel that the purchase was worth while and it gets the job done. When my son heads to college I will probably send this chair with him and get a real office furniture grade chair for my future home office, but that is a few years from now.UPDATE - I wanted to update a little on the seating surface tilting forward, that was my own fault, I had not notice the 'FRONT' stamp on the mount for the base and had it installed 180 degrees off, problem resolved. Seating surface more comfy now due to a better angle. I still maintain the 4* rating though because of the arm rest issue I noted above. Still a good buy for the money and I'd buy it again.i purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday since he's into gaming and streaming and felt he needed a comfortable chair instead of using one of our kitchen chairs. it wasn't all that easy to assemble, but it is so nice to sit in, comfortable and relaxing, he's in this chair more than any other chair we have. he sits in it to watch tv and to play video games. he loves his chair and when his friends and family come over they all want to sit in cause it's so comfortable. i feel like i swim in it for im a lot smaller than he is, but it's perfect for him and for his size. i went with the orange and black since orange is his favorite color and it's exactly what i ordered. i am very happy with my purchase and he loves his chair! it's sturdy, comfortable and looks sharp in his gaming roomThis chair has great support, and I love the design, it took me 2hrs to put together because the instructions aren't the clearestThe back of the chair had a huge rip in it as soon as I opened the box. Wasn’t handled well at allIt’s a nice chair. I was worried because of some of the reviews but I’m glad I got it. It’s comfortable (tho I was sitting on a patio chair before) and does the things it says it’ll do. Like others have said the directions are a little confusing during certain steps. But there’s a help number available if you want to call….or maybe it was a website idk I don’t remember. I’ve only had the chair for a few days but over all I’m very happy with it.
