Quality chair, a little "creaky" sounding after a few months and the butt cushion could use some more padding for comfort, but otherwise my son really loves the chair, comfortable durable and good features like the foot restThe chair did not come with instruction, but it was easy to put together my husband used YouTube to get a bit of assistance. I sat in it, and it is very comfortable, soft material, nice and sturdy. My son is 14yrs old and this was a birthday gift. I wanted to upgrade him since he was using one of the kitchen chairs. Quite an upgrade, If I do say so myself! Please excuse the messy background beware "Teenage boy room", LOL!Cheap chair and they do not take care in packaging this item. The shipping box was ripped. Holes in the fabric and poorly made. Just wasted time putting this together.Edited- edited my rating because even though we had issues, the seller’s response in resolving the issues were outstanding.I bought this chair for my office to give my back added support. Was very disappointed when I started assembling and realized there was a tear in the seat and as I further assembled found a crack in the arm rest. By the time I discovered the flaws I was not going to disassemble and return the item. Just disappointed it wasn’t in better shape when it arrived. I paid almost $200 for a chair with blemishes.The chair looks great, good support. If you drop something and have to pick it up from the chair it tips right over.Perfect gaming chair!!! The package arrived within 2-3 days of ordering. It came with an instruction manual which was easy to follow and the assembly was trouble free. All I had to do was follow 10-12 steps and it had every small detail on how to assemble the chair. It took me around 45 minutes to assemble the whole thing(might require less!). There is no need of any additional tools, they provide you with the small packet which consists of all the nuts, bolts, screws, etc. You won’t even need somebody else’s help. You can do it all by yourself. The chair is quite comfortable and can be adjusted as per your liking. It is perfect for office use as well as gaming. It reclines all the way to 180 degrees which provides the ultimate comfort while watching a movie. The armrest can be adjusted accordingly. It also comes with a footrest which is an added plus when it comes to comfort. Overall, a very good chair!!This is a good chair. Pain the the toosh to put together!!! Be advised that 90% of the material is already IN THE CHAIR that you now have to UNSCREW to get the screws out needed to SCREW THE PARTS in to the chair. I've never seen such a thing. I would 100% PREFER all the screws to be in their own package. This made assembly twice as long. And don't get me started on the instructions. Hope you can understand pictures. That's basically all it is.Nice chair but after sitting in it for a while your butt starts to hurt and get sore could use more cushion down there.
