Its a larger chair (seat portion) vrs a reg economy gaming chair. But it has a few issues, cudos for all the hardware being in all the holes and no shipping damage, but the bad was one of the seat mount bolts was cross threaded. (Paid heck getting it out) I was able to get it out and just re-tap the hole to the next up and go with a new bolt.(I plan to contact seller about this and other issues) The arm rest location is ok when the backrest is sitting at 90 degrees, but any other position recline position they are way to far forward. The arm rest vertical adjustment is nice but they are loose as heck, weeble and wobble, yet the mount is solid so the fit was made too loose. Another thing is the chair sits about 2" lower then my old cheap one by another manufacture (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HNTLIM4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I would think that making a larger chair you would also make the chair go taller for taller people who have longer legs. I will give this chair a week and update my review if needed.* Updated review*Talked with seller and they sent me another set of are rests to see if that fixed the loose, wobble problem. It helped some but not enough to where I would consider it to be a tight fit. I have to give customer support an A+In 4 months, I will have had this chair two years, my chair is still in brand new condition and I sit in it most of every single day working. I use a pillow on it so there is no wear on the original cushions. I removed the right arm rest because I play guitar while sitting in this chair. This makes it also handy getting in and out of it. My weight fluctuates but for most of the time I have had this chair I have weighed 220lbs, now I am at about 195lbs. This chair has held up very well! It helps me keep my posture straight when I work. It is not a Lazyboy type chair it is a work chair but it does recline and has some Lazyboy features comfort features, just not quite as rugged and lush. I feel like this chair will last another 4 years or even longer. All of the stitching is still perfectly intact, I was really leery about the fabric durability but it has held up well. The fabric and stitching is not even beginning to wear out. I am super careful with it though. This was definitely a good buy!This is a very nice gaming chair and a huge upgrade from the old desk chair I was using before. It’s comfortable and firm. And it feels almost luxurious—like the chair is hugging you (if that makes any sense!) I really like the addition of the pillow and massager too. I have back issues and the massager actually feels nice on it. Haven’t seen any other gaming chairs on Amazon that have a back massager so that was a plus. It looks nice and well made. My only issues with the quality were that the bolt screws on the sides of the chair go through the fabric and part of the zipper seam. It’s an odd placement and I’m a little concerned that it may tear over time. Second thing is that it rocks from side to side slightly when I move in it. I’m not sure if that’s to be expected or not, though. Besides that, it still feels stable overall. I can use the leg rest, recline and rotate just fine—and I’m a big and short person so that says a lot. In summation this would make for a great entry level gaming chair and I would definitely recommend it to someone who has never had one and is looking to change that.Update: I've gotten used to the arm rests. Padding is trash but i had some seat cushions that solved that. The chair CONSTANTLY squeaks with the slightest bit of motion haha overall a decent chairGot this chair for my computer where I do alot of work. Love that it reclines and it's very adjustable. padding for the back is pretty sparse but it won't kill me. overall, it's a solid chair. My only gripe is that I'm a fairly small dude (5'7 175 pounds) and the arm rests are spaced out too far for me. With my hands resting naturally on the keyboard my arms come no where near the arm rests. Its not that big of a deal, other than my back feeling a little more fatigued than usual after a regular work day.
