I bought this chair because it looks great and thought it was a good deal for the money. Im satisfied with the elegant looks, and with the overall feel. The only thing that could have been better is that it isnt 100% perfect in structure. The back rest is slightly uneven on one side (one of the lower back side cushions is slightly higher than the other) but it doesnt really make a difference in the feel or function. All in all a good deal for the money.Don't bother with this chair. Right out of the box you could see that it was constructed poorly in China. Nothing fit together properly, and I had to practically strip the screws just to get them to fit into the bent threads. Once together I see that the chair sits crooked. Sitting in it, is an uncomfortable experience, and feels like sitting on bricks. It also has that horrid, fake leather that usually goes bad within a few months.Just stay away from this heap.First of all, do yourself a favor and pay your handyman to put it together. It has a lot of parts, and you want it done correctly!I love the look of this chair - very executive appearing. It is a nice, stiff, well made chair. I like a solid chair, because I'm not trying to sleep at the office! :) Very supportive of my back, and high quality.I bought one for my office and one for my home office. Very happy!!Had the chair since the end of 2012 and bottom half weld has given way and it moves side to side now.I did not keep this item because it had been repackaged....but their return service was beyond exceptional and beyond A+. Great job Flash Furniture.....if you have a new...never been opened one...please let me know! Love the style!Surprised by the quality and how beautiful this chair is for the price. Well made and sturdy.The chair doesn't seem to go low enough and doesn't really fit under my desk. The seat cushion buttons are easily pulled loose. The seat cushion is also uncomfortable and i am having to use a pillow.Head rest was not sewn on straight. Arms were not level or evenly spaced. Wheels do not roll. Holes for the screws did not line up. Overall this item is an epic POS. I would highly recommend you avoid this product.Beatiiful chair. Very firm. Sturdy.
