I purchased 3 of these. Fairly easy to build. Extremely comfortable with lower back and neck support. The leg support is great. All together, I want to give this chair 5 stars but for one thing.The casters/wheels are complete garbage and I predict will be the first thing to break. The wheel construction is weak. Total garbage. I'm going to have to replace them for all 3 chairs.I don't have complaints so far. Got it for my 12 year old and he loves it. It's good quality and it was easy to assemble, my 12 year old did a large portion of it.Looks beautiful and very comfortable.Not a bad chair, just disappointed that a blue chair came when I ordered all black. Otherwise it’s comfortable and assembly wasn’t bad. Didn’t understand why it didn’t get shipped to my house though. I had to pick it up from the post office.As you can see, the wheels are not touching the floor. The chair teeters and lists left and right on the cylinder in the middle. It is a quite comfortable chair, but it is like sitting in an omnidirectional rocking chair.prompt delivery excellent chairChair is well madegot the chair earlier this year wanted to get some real seat time before i put in my review. one issue i have is that one of the arm rests wont stay up. any amount of pressure and it goes down a few notches. slightly annoying when your typing and the arm rest shoots down. the bottom pad is fairly hard. i am not the biggest person so it could just be its hard for me. other than those two issues its a decent chair for the price. if the arm rest didn't have an issue id give it a 5.Just buy it already!This chair has it all. The RGB lighting is amazing, and has so many effects to choose from. Even without the RGB, the chair looks stylish, and very classy. I especially like the textured stitching. And the build quality is amazing! It is very sturdy, and the armrest, base, and tilt mechanism are all high quality with lots of customization. I've tested a lot of gaming chairs, and this one is as sturdy as they come. It will definitely last me years to come. I also found that the 4D armrests are a rarity in gaming chairs, and this chair has one of the best 4D armrests out there. The price is highly highly competitve with other gaming chairs on the market, and for the outstanding build quality, I think it is justified. This chair is also much cheaper than other RGB chairs out there. I highly recommend this product for anyone who's looking for a gaming chair, or to replace their old one.Cons. Just one. The included remote is hard to use. And only because there are so many lighting effects to choose from (over 358), it is difficult to select a certain effect quickly, other than rainbow wave or a static colour. Other than that, there are really no downsides to this chair. If I wanted to be nitpicky, I could add that assembling the chair is quite a task, as it was somewhat complicated, but it is definitely worth it. Maybe the fact that it doesnt come with its own battery? But any powerbank will do. My 10K mAh one lasts a whole day with the lights on. The mesh on the RGB panel might be a turn off to some. Oh, its also on the smaller side, which for me (5'6", 160 lbs) fits perfectly, but perhaps larger fellows might have a hard time?Anyways, thank you for reading through. At the end of the day, I highly recommend this chair in terms of price, build quality, comfort, and features like RGB and 4D armrests. Stop reading through reviews, just buy it already!I ordered the Kasorix gaming chair, however after a few weeks of use realized there was a manufacturing defect. I contacted Kasorix and was immediately replied to, and had a new chair in the mail within a day. However the shipping company never delivered the chair to my address so I contacted Kasorix again, and I had my money back the next day. My room mate also ordered a chair and her chair is amazing, no problems with it whatsoever. I would NOT recommend Kasorix chairs.Update on my room mate's chair: The base split and when she contacted Kasorix the customer service representative stopped replying, and refused to resolve our issue. We replaced the base from another company. The leather is also peeling everywhere, Will need to replace this chair soon. Will not be looking at Kasorix or any of their related companies.La première que j'ai acheté ne fonctionnait pas bien les lumières ont pas aimer le transport mais la 2 ième est sa coche fonctionne a merveille et elle est super confortableEverything was fine, solid bolts with stoppers... can support my weight, only thing is that the side hurt my tigh a little with the light inside, its not soft as others on the side but overall great chair, light seem to bug a little sometime but nothing too much.You need too plug it to usb port for the light working unless you have a portable battery, the wire is connect to a mini shrink tube covered board wich seem solid but too scare to leave the wire on the ground and roll over it....you got a kangourou pouch to put the wire inside behind on the chair.
