So glad I bought a high back chair after my old flimsy ikea chair broke. The cushioning helps as i need to sit for long hours at my desk. I opted to remove the arms so that the chair slides under my desk fully as with my old ikea plastic chair. Wish I bought this sooner. Assembly was like 10mins (without arms) even though installing the wheels was a bit difficult as you need alot of force to get it in. Assemble on your carpet to prevent scratches and help with the wheel installation. I'm 5'3" and 115lbs was able to do this in 10mins.Not the easiest thing in the world to put together and I’ve put together A LOT of desks chairs. The arms were the hardest part but I think this is just a manufacturing issue. Delivery was not that great. The box was damaged and the product came 3 days later then projected. Otherwise it’s a nice chair for the priceThere are some bumpy and sharp parts of the metal base. While touching a part of it during set up, I cut my finger about a centimeter long. I'm going to have to tape it up or something. Please be careful. Its Awesome!! Great quality, looks modern & expensive.Great chair and looks amazing in my office.I really like this chair, with 2 exceptions.I quite like the design/look of it. It's clean, modern-ish and minimal. The wheel base is excellent metal, no burrs or flaws, makes it feel a lot more substantial. It has the usual tilt knob and height lever and both function as they. The wheels are nothing special, pretty standard plastic these days.I didn't look at the instructions until after I had it together. It comes with all the screws and spacers and 2 allen wrenches that you'll need. It took me barely 30 mins, by myself, and that while watching TV. All the holes aligned as they should. My first issue is arms - they don't come very far forward and they feel lower than average. I didn't care for that.Second issue is width - I'm a hip-girl and the chair was a bit snug. I meant to measure it before I sat down here, but forgot, so I'll edit tomorrow.Let my husband use it and he's liking it quite a bit. He's one that likes to tilt back a lot. He says it's not one that goes far back, but goes far enough, if you get what I mean.I'm taking 1 star off for the two issues, but it's still quite a nice chair. I'll update if any durability issues pop up, but for now, it's working well for us.I liked the look of this chair and when it arrived I was very happy with the style of it. I like that the handles and legs are shiny chrome with the simple design of the vinyl upholstery. Very modern look. I also liked that it was heavier weight as the bottom leg part is made out of metal, not not plastic, so it feels like a more substantial chair.I did have a little flaw in mine along the edge of the back. The bag it was packaged in inside the box was not damaged, so it was something that must have happened before shipmment. It almost looked like a split seam, however there is no seam there so it was like a cut. It was pretty small, and I fixed it with a small bit of that
